JOIN THE CRAYONS TO CALCULATORS 2009

THIRD ANNUAL CORPORATE CHALLENGE

In 2007, Corporate Express and the Boulder County Business Report teamed up to launch the first annual Crayons to Calculators Corporate Challenge.

Twenty-two businesses donated 195 full backpacks and $3,182 towards supply purchases. With your help, we doubled this amazing contribution in 2008!

We invite you to get involved in supporting a great cause. To participate, fill out the entry form by July 1st . Display posters and informational materials will be provided by us to you in July of 2009.

How you rally your employees to participate will be up to you: an email invitation to each employee… encouraging department members to work together to fill a backpack… an offer to match employee efforts with a contribution….putting a jar on your reception desk for loose change contributions…. It’s up to you.

The Crayons to Calculators Corporate Challenge begins in July of 2009 and wraps up in early August 2009.

But it’s not over then. In September of 2009, Corporate Express will host a celebration party and Boulder County Business Report will present two trophies: the company that contributed the largest number of backpacks or cash equivalent, and the company that contributed the most as a percentage of the company’s local employee population. This means that a company of any size can win. Trophies will be inscribed with the winning company name and will travel each year to be displayed in the new winner’s location.
