1. Is my donation tax deductible? Absolutely, however as Crayons to Calculators itself is not its own 501c(3) organization (see below) you will receive a tax receipt from Impact on Education, our fiduciary.

4. Is this a nonprofit organization?
   Crayons to Calculators is sponsored by local non-profits, but as it is a collaboration and not a stand alone organization, it is not a non-profit. The collaboration holds Impact on Education to be its fiduciary, or agent of a principal, that stands as our go-to organization for tax and financial purposes.

5. What non-profits are involved?
   The Boulder Rotary Club Foundation, Foothills United Way, I Have A Dream Foundation of Boulder County, Impact on Education, Sister Carmen Community Center, FISH, Inc. of Broomfield, Education Foundation for the St. Vrain Valley, St. Vrain Valley School District and the Boulder Valley School District.

6. Who are your primary sponsors?
   The Boulder Rotary Club Foundation, Western Disposal Services, Corporate Express, Boulder County Business Report and the Times-Call and Camera newspapers.                                                            
   
   
7. I just want to send a check. Can I do that?
   Yes, and we will send you a tax deductible receipt. Your financial contribution allows us to purchase supplies at 'cost' from Corporate Express.  Please send your contribution to Crayons to Calculators - 75 Manhattan Dr., Suite 205  Boulder, Colorado 80303.
   
   
8. Who does this program serve?
   This program serves students in the Boulder Valley and St. Vrain Valley School Districts whose families cannot afford to buy school supplies. It serves students from economically disadvantaged families attending public school in these two school districts.
   
   
9. How can I help?
   Fill a backpack and deliver to a collections site, Adopt-a-Student, donate online, send a check, and/or volunteer.
